Here's a great resource book I'd like to recommend: "Pregnancy, Childbirth and the Newborn" by Penny Simkin of the childbirth education association of Seattle. This is an all in one, authoritative, yet easy to use book highly recommended by my sister and also by my midwifes. This book was used as a resource text for my sister's Doula course and I was lucky enough to borrow it. Very useful.
