I love, love, love, Craig's list for baby stuff! Buying all the required "equipment" for your first baby is expensive. Craig's list has so many lightly used large cost baby items available~ it's fabulous! The site is especially great for the following items:
Strollers, Baby Carriers, Slings, Monitors, Cribs and High Chairs. Chris and I bought our Rock Star Baby Stroller (very lightly used) for half price. Our Baby Buddha Sling, also half price, like new, in the original packaging and with the instruction manuals. I plan to make more purchases through this great website.
